Jennifer Barnes

Originally from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Jennifer attended NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, receiving a BFA in Drama. While at NYU, she studied at the Meisner Studio and at Stonestreet Film and TV Studios. She also spent a semester studying Shakespeare at London's Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. In high school, Jennifer participated with the Speech and Debate Team, qualifying for Nationals in the speech event Dramatic Interpretation. Her performance piece was a first-person narrative of a young man on death row, enjoying his final meal (Big Mac, Fries, and a Strawberry Shake) before his execution. Jennifer is passionate about dogs, especially pit bulls. She enjoys practicing her French on Duolingo while walking her rescued pit mix, Sophia.
