Stephan DeKemper

Stephan DeKemper is an American actor, cinematographer, and producer known for his genuine on-screen presence and ability to sculpt light which brings out the exciting moments in visual storytelling. Stephan was born Stephan Michael Barnes on October 11, 1989, in Elkhart, Indiana USA. Stephan is known for the Groundbreaking series Miami Steve (2023), Godzilla: King of Monsters (2018), and Coming 2 America (2021). The native Hoosier demonstrated a love and talent for the arts at an early age. His love for filmmaking continued to grow and solidify as he attended Columbia College Hollywood in Tarzana, California where he earned his BFA in Filmmaking with an emphasis in Cinematography. After graduating, he decided to take up acting to add to his dynamic range of skills, wanting to be a unique blend of Actor/Cinematographer. His love for stimulating visuals is demonstrated by his personal drive and commitment to excellence. His desire for sculpting light brings out the exciting moments in a film we all push for. Stephan is known for going to the extreme to get "the shot".
