MoMo Tseng

Hsing-Ying Tseng is a free lance director. Her studies focuses on-camera acting and the language of film. She gets invited to give lectures and join panels occasionally. She believes in the complimentarity relationship between film production and theory, and puts such concept into practice as a director. She was nominated for Best Directing for a Mini-series/TV movie: The 31st Kau Cim in 2013 Golden Bell Award.
