Rachel Julia Rice is a Best Girl Electric and Assistant Chief Lighting Technician from Los Angeles. She was raised in Saugus, California and started as a costumer and light operator in theatre, with experience in both the live and filmed worlds, stage and set. Her passion lies in working on set and making magic happen.
