Sallyanne Massimini

Sallyanne (Sal) Massimini was born in Bridgeport, CT. A fine arts major at the Maryland Institute College of Art, she moved to Los Angeles and became a visual effects artist and supervisor on commercials, television and features, accruing credits and several awards, including two Emmy nominations. Credits and clients include: True Blood, Banshee, Fringe, Hemlock Grove, Fast and Furious, Straw Dogs, Once Upon A Time, Prada, EA, Visa, Target. Sal transitioned into directing commercials, short films and 2nd unit for the shows American Gods, Greenleaf, Imaginary Mary and Step Up. Her Auctiv commercial was selected for the 2018 SHOOT Annual 16th New Director's showcase. Sal was most recently the 2nd Unit Director and Producer for season three of the television show American Gods (Starz).
