David Wilson

David Wilson is Director of "Bradford UNESCO City of Film." Born and educated in Bradford, David knows the district inside out, has a long experience of arts and cultural programming, and is also a professional musician. Whether it's representing the City of Bradford on an international level as part of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network or dealing with Filming location requests, David ensures that Bradford lives up to its name as the world's first UNESCO City of Film. Using the UNESCO title we are working at many different levels to bring about a positive experience and social and economic impact for the people of Bradford. From primary schools to degree students to professionals in Film and Television, all are realising the benefits of our film status. We also try to ensure that we have a lot of fun along the way.
