Robin Bougie

Robin Bougie was born on July 28, 1973 in Uranium City, Saskatchewan, Canada. Inspired from a viewing of the documentary -'Comic Book Confidential (1988)'- by Ron Mann, Bougie began self-publishing his own comic books in 1991 and subsequently started self-publishing the movie magazine 'Cinema Sewer' in 1997. Moreover, Robin has published seven books altogether: 'Cinema Sewer Volumes 1-5' and 'Graphic Thrills 1 & 2.' In addition, Bougie owned and operated the comic book store and hand-painted t-shirt shop Mind's Eye Artwear in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada in 1991 and 1992 (Bougie first opened this shop when he was eighteen years old). Robin has been married to animator Rebecca Dart since 1993 and works at the DVD & video store Videomatica in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
