He was selected to play in the U.S. Army All-American game and recorded 88 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, four sacks, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries to help his team go to the San Diego Division I CIF title as a senior. Signed by the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent on 4/29/13 out of Oklahoma and has played in all 32 games (11 starts) in his first two seasons.In his first two seasons Jefferson made quite an impact, totaling 90 tackles, a sack, a forced fumble, one pass defensed and nine special teams tackles.
