Elizabeth Allen is an African American Writer, Producer, and Director born in Nigeria. She moved to the US at age 5. The first of four children, she was brought up in a middle-class environment in New Jersey. She was raised by her mother who works as a middle school teacher. Elizabeth eventually went Montclair State University earning a BA in Justice studies. She starting writing at an early age but she wrote and produced her first professional screenplay at the age of 23 which was produced under her production company Ariscope Studios founded in 2012. Her first short film is called "what's yours is now mine".
