Gorby Shih

Born in Taiwan, Gorby Mu Fan Shih lived in New York and New Jersey before returning to his hometown, Taipei. Not exactly Asian or American, he has described himself as an eclectic mix of cultures. Gorby studied film production at the University of Southern California, graduating in 2014. His skills in sound design, writing and directing have landed him numerous jobs on both sides of the Pacific Ocean. He often flies between Los Angeles and Beijing for various film work, using his bilingual and bi-cultural abilities to his advantage.
