Ross Carey is a filmmaker, film academic, and film fan. He is born and raised in County Cork, Ireland. He has a Masters in Film Studies from University College Cork. To date, he is the writer/director of The Trouble with Aoibhe (2014), Comic Potential (2015), and Date Night (2016), and the upcoming Love Her Bones (2018). His films have appeared in over 40 film festivals the world over and have won over a dozen awards. His ultimate goal is to produce a feature film within the next two years.
