Marko Mandaric

Born in Rjeka, Croatia; Marko lived in his home land for only 2 years prior to immigrating to Canada with his mother and father- Vivien and Ves. In 1994, the Mandaric's once again moved (this time with younger brother Filip in tow) to Southern California where Marko was lucky enough to build his fist computer at the age of 11. Shortly after, in his freshman year of high school; Marko's CAD-drafting teacher (Mr. Trayon Cionka) gave Marko a copy 3DS Max R3 in 1999 at the age of 14. By then Marko had built and sold his first website for a ripe $600 to a local business at the age of 12, and saw potential (to render cool cars) having looked up what other artists were able to achieve with 3D software. At 18, Marko got his first contract job. At 20, his first staff position. Supervisor at 24 and his own company at around the same time. Now 31, he carries 17 years of experience, over a decade professionally and still excited to make pretty pictures for the big screen, the little one, and everything in between.
