Jan-Erik Lustig

Jan-Erik Lustig - Television Producer, Senior Director and Scriptwriter for the series, New Scandinavian Cooking, a food and travel show aired in the US by multiple television stations, handled by APT - American Public Television. For over eleven years, I have come to specialize on how to refine and to realize food programs, each show shoot on different locations in Scandinavia. In addition, my work as a Director and Scriptwriter has also given me a broad platform, to be able to present local food produce in the Nordic countries, with detailed sources and preparations for each program. The Norwegian version of the series "En bit av Norge / En bit av Norden" is shown at Channel 2 (TV2) in Norway.
