Lloyd "Ghost Rider" Burgos Born Lloyd Travis Burgos, started his martial arts career in 1987 at the age of 6. He learned Tae Kwon Do Under the instruction of Master Abdul Jabbar,Master Ed T. Winford and Jesus Galvan. His competition skills start to take shape in 1992 Lloyd when he wins his 1st Tournament in Forms, Breaking and Sparring. By 1993 Lloyd was making a name for himself in the Tae Kwon Do circuit. Mr. Burgos started to learn the joint locking techniques of Hap Ki Do in 1994. In 1995 he joins the Degerberg Academy where he starts to train in Kung-Fu, Kick Boxing, Jeet Kune Do,Wing Chun, And Wrestling. In 1997, Lloyd Started To Learn Wrestling For Four Year Were He Was Train Under the tutelage of Coach Shandom At Prosser Career Academy High School. Joining the Dragon Lair in 1999, Lloyd learns the art of Ninjutsu and wins the city Tournament of Champions in the same year In 2004 Lloyd joins Wulin Kung-Fu and becomes a member of F.L.A.M.A. (Federation Latin American Martial Arts). During the same year Lloyd Wins Riis Park Championship and the 23rd Annual Genki Karate Championship. During 2005 Lloyd wins the Superstar Martial Arts Championship Tournament in Indiana, the Team Camacho Championship in San Juan, Puerto Rico, 7th Annual "Rumble On The Lake" Martial Arts Championship In Chicago, Illinois, and participated in the Martial Arts Expo in Clyde Park District of Cicero, Illinois. Lloyd Burgos becomes a member of the Extreme Kung-Fu/Wushu training Center in 2006, where he trains Wushu And Sanshou Sanda under the tutelage of Master Anthony Marquez, Master Xiao-Fei (Dylan) Dong, Master Li Qiang, Master Tim Wright, Master Pek Pongpaet, and Master Rene J. Herrera. During the same year Lloyd Was Train In Boxing, Kick Boxing and Muay Thai under the tutelage of Coach Angelo Rivera. In 2007 he becomes a member of JAEMIR Martial Arts Academy where he trains Tae Kwon Do and Hap Ki Do under the tutelage of Master Luis Cotto and Master Ray Bosques; He also trains on his spare time Shorei Goju Kempo Karate under the tutelage of Master Javier Massallo. Mr. Burgos participated in the cook county commissioner Roberto Maldonado Martial Art Expos 2007, he also participated in the 15th USNTF (United State National Tae Kwon Do Federation) International Championships held in River Grover, Illinois on July 29th; where he earned a gold medal and qualified for the Grand Championship. In November 17th, 2007 he won The US Open 2007 International Wushu/Kung-Fu Championship in St. Charles, Illinois. where he earned two gold medal and three silver medal. Lloyd Burgos Becomes A Member Of The Bei dou ( All Star )Kung-Fu In 2008, where he trains in Traditional Kung-Fu, Wushu, Wing Chun And Taijiquan under the tutelage of Master Xiao-Fei Dong, Master Li Qiang, Kevin Song, Yang Chen and Jingchao Wu. In January 16th,2008. He becomes a member Of A.K.A. (American Karate Association.) In March 16th, 2008. He Won The 1st Annual Naperville Open Martial Arts Challange and qualified for the Grand Championship In Naperville, Illinois. In March 30th,2008. He won the Midwest Regional Day Of Champions in Bridge View, Illinois . In April 6th, 2008. He Won The All Chicago Open Ken Knudson Memorial Karate Championship in Chicago, Illinois. In April 20th, 2008. He Won The Capital City Championship and qualified for the Grand Championship in Madison, Wisconsin. In June 21th, He Become a Memeber Of N.A.S.K.A ( North American Sport Karate Association )In the Same Year He Won The AKA Grand Nationals Championship In Louisville, Kentucky. In June 29th, 2008. He become a member of N.B.L. (National Blackbelt League)and won The battle of Chicagoland national In Hammond, Indiana. In August 2nd, 2008. He Won and Capture The World Association Kickboxing Organizations United State National Kickboxing Championship Title Belt In Rosemont, Illinois. He Also Becomes A Member of W.A.K.O. (World Association of Kickboxing Organizations) In August 31th, 2008. He Won The 26th Northwest Indiana Karate, Kung-Fu, Tae kwon Do Championship In Indianapolis, Indiana. In October 17th, 2008 He becomes A Member of USAWKF (United States of America Wushu Kung-fu Federation) In October 19th, 2008 He Won The 1st Annual Fall Classic Karate Championship In Chicago, Illinois. In November 2nd, 2008. He won the Powerkick Championship in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In January 24,2009. He Became American Karate Association National Champion, For Superior Technigue Through Personal Sacrifice and Strenuous Practice. During The Same Year he receives the Chinese Martial Artist of the Year award from the American Karate Association, and Sifu Lloyd T. Burgos is inducted to the American Karate Association Hall of Fame for his exceptional character, outstanding contributions, and service to the Martial Arts. In February 22,2009 He Become a Member Of U.K.A.(United Karate Alliance) In March 7th, 2009 He become a Member of U.S.A.W.K.F. ( United State Of America Wushu Kung-Fu Federation ) In June 8th, 2009 He become a Member Of P.R.M.A.F. ( Puerto Rico Martial Arts federation ) During the Same Year He Become a Member and a Team Captain Of Puerto Rico Martial Art League. In June 10th, 2009 He Become a Member Of O.S.K.F. ( Okinawa Shorin Ryu Kokusai Kempo-Karate-Do & Kobudo Federation, Inc.) During The Same year he Become a Member of Universal Black Belt Society. In June 12th, 2009 He receives The Outstanding Martial Arts International Competitor Of The Year Award By The Puerto Rico Martial Arts Federation, Puerto Rico Martial Art League, Okinawa Shorin Ryu Kokusai Kempo-Karate-Do & Kobudo Federation, and Universal Black Belt Society During The Same Year, Sifu Lloyd T. Burgos is inducted to the Latin-American Martial Arts Society & World-Wide Hall of Fame in Recognition For His Dedication, Achievements and Everlasting Spirit in the brotherhood of the martial Arts, and Dedicated to the Recognition of the True Martial Artist world-wide in Guayama, Puerto Rico. During the same year He was Ranks National Top Ten in North America Sport Karate Association (NASKA) For Superior Technigue Through Personal Sacrifice and Strenuous Practice. In July 25th, 2009. He participated in Chinatown Chinese Kung-Fu Expos in Chicago, Illinois. In December 15, 2009 he Stayed Two Week in Texas to Performs a Martial Art Expos in the Following Cities, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston, Texas. In May 15th 2010 He Won The Silver Sun Showdown Championship in St. Louis. Missouri.In October 10th, 2010 He Won The Land Of Lincoln Classic Martial Art Championship in Kanakee, Illinois. During The same day, He become a Member of SKIL ( Sport Karate International ) In November 20, 2010 he won the 28th Annual Tae Ryu Do International Championship in Cincinnati, Ohio. In March 11,2011 He become a member of PKC ( Professional Karate Commission ) He is Certify as a Member in good standing and entitled to all privileges afforded by the Professional Karate Commission. In September 2, 2011 He Won a Silver Medal at "Windy City" Chinese Martial Arts Championship at Wheeling, IL. In January 14, 2012 He Won the 47th Annual AKA Grand Nationals at Chicago, IL. In February 25th 2012 he won the Compete National World Class Martial Art Championship at Los Angeles, California. In June 25th 2012 he Won The battle of Atlanta World Karate Championship at Atlanta Georgia. In June 30th 2012 he won the music city open martial arts championship at Nashville, Tennessee. In July 14th 2012 he won the U.S. Open ISKA World Martial Arts championship at Orlando, Florida. In August 18th 2012 He Won The U.S. Capitol Classics at National Harbor, Maryland. In September 8th 2012 He won the Twin Towers Classic International Karate Championship at New York, New York. In October 13th, 2012. He Won the Diamond Nationals World Karate Championship in Bloomington, Minnesota. In November 10, 2012 He Won the Pan American Internationals championship in Miami Florida. In December 16th, 2012 He became International Competitor of the year, he also became Martial Arts Ambassador, He also Inducted in Latin-American Martial Arts Society & World-Wide Hall of Fame in Recognition For His Dedication, Achievements and Everlasting Spirit in the brotherhood of the martial Arts, and Dedicated to the Recognition of the True Martial Artist world-wide in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico. Lloyd Has Earn The Name "Ghost Rider" for his competition skills.
