Kambra Lee Potter was born and raised in Elk City, Oklahoma. She is an actress, entertainment show host, emcee, motivational speaker, and former Miss Oklahoma, who now resides in Los Angeles. She's also a self-proclaimed "Oklafornian." Kambra's love for the entertainment industry began when she was 13-years-old, and she first participated in the National American Miss pageant. She placed 2nd runner-up to Miss Oklahoma Pre-teen and 4th runner-up in the pageant's optional acting competition. Later that year, Kambra traveled to California and competed in the National pageant, where she placed in the top 10. She says she immediately felt like California was where she belonged, and at that moment decided she would one day make Southern California her home. As a teenager, Kambra attended acting and modeling classes at John Casablancas in Oklahoma City and later attended an international model and talent convention expo in Dallas, Texas, where she was awarded the Best Overall Junior Female Actor Award. In 2008, Kambra was named Miss Oklahoma Teen, and in 2010, she became Miss Oklahoma, placing 3rd runner-up at the National pageant. She also placed in the top 5 for the Actress competition every year, and won Best Actress multiple times. Kambra used the title of Miss Oklahoma to raise over $9,500 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation by orchestrating a putt-putt golf tournament in her hometown. She attended San Diego State University, where she majored in broadcast journalism and minored in sociology. After taking an acting-on-camera class at SDSU, her passion for acting was reignited. After college she relocated to Los Angeles, where she landed lead roles in numerous indie films, and student films for USC, UCLA, NYFA, among others. She can also be spotted in local and regional commercials. Kambra first gained experience on network TV as a background actress in Go On, 90210 and Mistresses. She was also featured in a scene with Dennis Quaid on CBS's Vegas. Kambra previously co-hosted an entertainment radio show for KCR Radio, served as the official Emcee for over 35 state-wide pageants, hosted 100+ events as a motivational speaker for young girls, and continues to host red carpet events and press interviews for That's My Entertainment, including at San Diego Comic-Con. Kambra's passion for acting is grounded in her desire to live life to the fullest while positively impacting the lives of others. She enjoys the collaborative nature of the industry and the ability to bring others' visions to life through storytelling.
