Fabio Schifilliti

Fabio Schifilliti was born in Messina, Sicily, in 1985. He graduated at the University in cultural heritage for Cinema, Theatre and Music. He has been working regularly as assistant director for many films and advertisements while establishing his career as a director. He made shorts, documentaries, advertisements and tv products. He won many film awards but the most important has been in 2014 with the documentary "Come le onde", winning the Cubovision Film Award and thanks to this we has gone in Los Angeles to represent Italy. He strongly believes in the expressive power of images and his aim is to create a European narrative cinema with strong expressive charge typical of American cinema.
