Nasif "Nas Vitae" Ali began his media career at the age of 17 at a Birmingham theatre school. He then went on to study at Anupam Kher acting school in Mumbai which led to a junior artist role in Love Aaj Kal (2009) produced by Saif Ali Khan and directed by Imtiaz Ali. After arriving back in the UK, he began making his own productions including writing, directing, and producing the feature film Road (2017) at the age of 20. Nas also started work with local youth offenders and he organised weekly acting and film classes teaching over 500 students from all backgrounds and ethnicity's at a local church. He has worked with organisations such as the NHS and Murray Hall Community Trust, and is planning to open a nationwide school organisation to teach film and acting to youngsters. Filmmaker & activist Nas' first feature film Road (2017) was released in 10 major countries by the producer of Ghost in the Shell (2017), but was withheld from releasing in the UK due to political government influences as the film showcases the police corruption in the UK, and it also scrutinises the rise of gun and knife crime. Although Nas is unfamiliar to the public eye and has always shun away from the press, he has had a hand in transcending the political & entertainment industry by collaborating with the likes of Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, Imtiaz Ali, Dr. Zeus, Tom Zanetti, Tayo Jarrett, Roach Killa, Ed Miliband MP & many more over the past 15 years. As quoted by Nas himself "The industry has so much influence on children's lives more than the parents themselves, as they tend to leave their children with/in front of technology, i.e. TV's, tablets, phones, games up to at least 85% of their average day." After carefully analysing the entertainment & political industry he has realised that the industry can play a huge part in preventing gangs, crime, drugs, abuse, mental health & depression but nothing new is being introduced to prevent these matters. With his political & celebrity influences, he vows to help towards a better, peaceful future for the next generation focusing on key main issues on children, women rights, gang violence, homelessness, Grenfell tower victims, 2011 riots victims, police brutality and social services. He has already been involved with helping to prevent gangs, aiding the homelessness, foster children, convicts, police brutality, forced marriages, cancer patients, elderly, those with disabilities, depression, suicide, career support and much more. Nas Vitae - "An individual invests their whole life into meaningless materialism but tends not to invest into the humanity and the purpose of life."
