His Princely Highness, fellow academician of Russian Academy of Natural Science, Grand Master of Knight's Order of Honor He was born on the 1st of July, 1939 in the city of Vitebsk. Father - Bugaev, Lev Nikolaevich (born in 1915) is a clergyman in the city of Yeisk. Mother - Tkach-Poniatovskaya, Maria Ivanovna (born in 1920). Spouse - Princess Bugaeva, Elena Borisovna (born in 1963). Children: Arthur was killed during the conflict on the Russian-Chinese border, Vladlen (deceased), Princes Mikhail, Lev and Princess Anastasia. Arkady Lvovich was born in the estate owned by the descendant of the heir to Polish Royal Throne. The estate ended up on the territory of USSR after the western provinces of Belarus reunified with Soviet Union. He traces his kin's lineage on his mother's side to Stanislav-Avgust Poniatovskiy, king of Poland who accepted the royal scepter from the hands of Ekaterina II due to his long-standing status of the Queen's favorite. The father's genealogy of Bugaev family goes back to the descendant of Genghis Khan, Tai-Bugai who converted to Christianity and as a propitiatory gesture to Russians he married a Princess from Moscow. The first years of his life, Arkady spent in the Vitebsk's estate of his grandfather's sister Anna Wolf whose husband managed several banks in the city of Riga, capital of Estonia. Soon after the German army invaded Belarus a big family of Bugaev-Poniatovskiy was taken by force to the Nazi concentration camp Dachau. His family was compelled to do hard work and this went on for two long years for Arkady and his relatives. After they were liberated by the American army at the end of the war and after the process of repatriation the whole family of Bugaev-Poniatovskiy was deported to Siberia and for several years they would live in the city of Eniseisk, Karsnoiarskiy region, on the mountains of Altai and other cities of Siberia. Hardships of childhood, trials and destitution - everything that Arkady had to go through just strengthened his spirit, faith and love of life. After his return to the city of Vitebsk he worked as an electrician, soon after this he completed educational course at the Academy of Music and then served in the air force. After his military service he was admitted to the Theatre Academy in the city of Novosibirsk. In 1974 he graduated from Pedagogical Institute in Biisk (philology major). As a student of the Institute he collected the items for the museum in honor of V.M.Shukshin (very famous soviet writer and actor) and later became the museum's director. Aside from this he graduated from Dalnevostochnyi State University majoring in journalism. Starting from 1981 A.L Bugaev-Poniatovskiy worked as a deputy assistant to chief director of Moscow Committee of Literary Men. His poetic works are published in different poetic compilations. In 1998 he produced "Children's Bible in verse". Its publication became a great event in the cultural and spiritual life of Russia. A.L Bugaev-Poniatovskiy is the fellow member of the Writer's Union of Russia. His Highness A.L Bugaev-Poniatovskiy acknowledges to the full extent his noble origin and he puts every effort to restore the traditions of Nobility in Russia, he invests a great load of work in reviving Slavonic cultural and historical traditions and customs, he actively advocates historical succession of governance in Russia. Being a consistent supporter of constitutional-monarchical form of government he established the following organizations: International Academy of Harmony (IAH), International Royal Court (IRC), Religious Monarchical Council (RMC). As the head of the IRC he contributes his efforts in restoring and granting the titles of nobility of "New World Elite". He initiated the rebirth and became the Grand Master of the Knight's Order of Honor which was originally founded by his great ancestor; he took charge of the Russian Subpriory of Knight's Order of Saint George. In 1991 as a chairman of Russian Democratic Forum (RDF) A.L Bugaev-Poniatovskiy was nominated to run for a president of Russian Federation. Arkady Lvovich supports and elaborates on international relations of International Royal Court and other organizations of the Order that he oversees. Annually he conducts meetings with descendants of Monarchical dynasties of England, Germany, Spain and Poland during international forums. For his contribution to the cause of reviving the Cossack Military Formation His Princely Highness A.L Bugaev-Poniatovskiy was chosen for the position of deputy assistant of Supreme Cossack Chieftain of Russian Alliance of Cossack Forces and a Chieftain of Special Cossack Troops. He was awarded with the rank of general-colonel of Cossack Forces. In 1999 he became a fellow member of Russian Academy of Natural Science. He is a legal adviser for the Interpol Association that fights the narcotics trafficking and distribution world wide. A.L Bugaev-Poniatovskiy - the head of International Royal Court, the chief of life-guard controlled by IRC, Knight of the Order of Constantine the Great, Grand Master of the Order of Honor, which was awardedto many honorable citizens of Russia and other countries. In 1999 the Ruler of the Order of Saint George Berthold von Bischopink granted to His Princely Highness A.L Bugaev-Poniatovskiy rank of the Knight of the Order of Golden Royal Lily with bestowing of the title of the Baron von Bischopink from the kin of Habsburgs (Germany). In 2000 in Spain he became the Commodore of the Malthusian Order with receiving the title of the Count de Bourbon, de Anjou, de Napolis. Arkady Lvovich is a kind, life loving, searching and sincere Christian, this gives him strength and creative energy in reaching already set-out before him monarchical and peacemaking goals. Currently resides and works in Los Angeles, California.
