Mike Crowley has been involved in film and television production since 1999. He started as an assistant then later interned with his local television station in Highland Park, IL. During this time with television he began to examine and shoot with 8 and 16mm films. He created his first short film at the age of 13 starring himself and a group of friends. Afterwards he moved on to create more short films for the years to follow. Two of which received a consecutive award in 2004 for "Isolation" and 2005 for "Nightmare" at the Chicagoland High School Video Festival for "Best Drama." A first in the festival's history. After High School Crowley went on to intern and continue work with Roger Ebert while attending Columbia College Chicago for which he received a Bachelors Degree in Film & Video. In his last year of schooling he spent some time in Los Angeles California where he travels between Chicago and LA for work.
