Growing up in Oklahoma and working as an actor in New York, there couldn't be two greater extremes for Reginald J. For a shy kid who grew up just trying to blend in, it has been quite a transition working to be comfortable in front of a camera. Doing human resources in the military, working as a brand ambassador and continuing his acting training has allowed Reginald J. to work more freely as an actor. While on vacation years ago in New York City, He was approached by a talent scout and invited to an open call. Since Reginald J. was still on active duty in the military and only stateside for a few more days, he wasn't able to attend but this was the first time he ever thought about becoming an actor and that thought has never left him. In the military Reginald J. worked in human resources which gave him the opportunity to engage people on a daily basis. he also developed a strong work ethic and discipline. armed with these attributes, Reginald J. left the military and decided his new mission would be to become a successful, working actor. Soon after leaving the military, Reginald J. began taking acting classes and going to auditions. He has booked several national commercials and had a supporting role in the feature film "Secret at Arrow Lake." Reginald J. has continued his training and has also done some work as a brand ambassador hoping that that experience would continue to develop his versatility and being more relatable. Reginald j. moved from Texas, where his acting career began, and has been living in the tri-state area for the past few years. Reginald J. wanted to integrate himself into the New York market and thought doing background and stand in work would be a great way to do this. he considers this to be the best "on the job training" he has received. Reginald j. has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience with his work and is more than ready to push his career forward in the big apple.
