As founder/director of LegallyInsaneFilms, journalism professor, Cyle O'Donnell, has taught media and documentary studies at universities in five countries, hosted several successful true crime and global travel podcasts, published a dozen nonfiction books, captured nearly 200,000 images showcased in 65 galleries of photography, and released 30 films from 43 countries on four continents. O'Donnell's latest documentary feature project, Big Trouble in Little Quartzsite, won eight awards in the first few months of the 2021 film festival season before being pulled for redrafting the film into a documentary series. This film details nuclear level corruption and civil rights abuses in a town of 3,500 people in a desert Southwest town most recently depicted in Oscar Award-Winner, Nomadland.
