Al Kalyk is a Croatian-Australian film director, photographer, and writer. Al grew up in the suburbs of Australia, and the countryside of Assisi, Italy. He completed studies at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), the Australian Film, and Television School (AFTRS), and The University of Sydney (BA, Fine Arts and Film Studies), and the American Film Institute.
