Trent K. Hawthorne-Richards, known professionally as Trent K. Haw-Rich or TKHR, is an American actor, recording artist, writer and entrepreneur. Born on April 15, 1991 in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA, Trent is the only child between his father, Andrew Richards, and his mother, Suzanne Hawthorne. His parents are both, a construction worker and a graphic designer, respectively, with his mother also at one time holding many different odd jobs to support her son. Since the age of 6, Trent wanted to be an entertainer and often cites Star Wars and R&B/Soul music as his earliest influences. Throughout most of his teenage life and in high school, Trent wanted to break into acting but did not know which avenues to explore. This resulted in troubles in school for the younger Trent, as he was at a point of confusion not being able to express himself fully through his dream. Eventually, he calm his nerves in high school theater but due to a lack of maturity he didn't to take the course seriously. In 2009, Trent graduated from from high school and embarked on a journey to get his career going in either music or acting, whichever took off first. Unfortunately, making a name for himself was more complicated that the young entrepreneur had originally anticipated and he spent another year working as a deli clerk in a health food store known as Georgetown Market. After reconciling their differences, he formed a partnership with former classmate and friend Juan Swanson, known professionally as Montez Lafayette, after being inspired by the independent beginnings of Jay-Z and Roc-A-Fella Records. In 2011, the duo formed the arts & entertainment firm, AILLIA. The company consists of mostly multimedia endeavors with an acting and music division, splitting its time as part film/theater production and part record label. In 2012, he met actor/director/writer, Rasheda Randle and was able to secure various roles in theatrical productions around the Midwestern area. Ultimately, Trent plans to use his gift as means to not only change his situation but as tool to display the mechanisms of human emotion.
