As a child growing up in a Vancouver suburb, Daniel's parents always helped him foster a deep appreciation for creativity. As he grew older, he had an open platform to explore his imagination, eventually leading him to a life in the arts. He studied drama and theater in high school and soon after graduating, he briefly enrolled in classes at VFS, New Image and Lyric. The performing arts had opened his eyes but a curiosity for exploration led Daniel away from home and towards a life of travel. For 7 years, he lived in and traveled all over Europe, the South Pacific, Central America, South Africa and Southeast Asia. While away, he took acting classes with a strong focus on film and television, whenever he settled into a place for long enough. Nowadays, Daniel calls East Vancouver his home. He continues to refine his studies while learning under teachers at the East End Actor's studio, The Actor's Foundry, and the Practical Set Workout, to name a few. Some of Daniel's selected screen credits include recurring character roles on AMC's The Killing, and The CW's The Flash and appearances on Fox's Almost Human, HBO's Rogue, Lifetime's Stalkers, an upcoming feature film called Female Seeking Male and a supporting lead role in Crystal Lowe's independently shot directorial debut, Becoming Sophie, due out in early 2015.
