Dee McCullay (stage) is a Canadian born film maker. While contemplating between funeral director and film production, he went to one of the film festivals in 2010, and after leaving the festival he decided on film production. He self taught techniques and editing, and began creating short films, while landing a part in Rodney Dwira's 10-57 (2010) as a SWAT team member. He then landed a part in Trevor Zurkan's Quiver (2010) - Uncredited Police Officer. Next he produced Thunder Bay Paranormal Society episodes 1 - 3 for SHAW TV (2011 - 2012.) Upon finishing the 3 episodes, he created Dark History (2012) a paranormal series and traveled into the US in 2014, working with A&E Bio Channel's Chelsea Damali on several projects. During which time he had also contributed VFX to Grant Johnson's Stick to Your Guns (2015.) Upon his return he continued his Dark History episodes; most notably, The Mather Walls House, (which is one of Northern Ontario's most haunted homes) where he documented his investigation for the episode and the ghostly haunting at Thunder Bay's McKenzie Inn (2017) In 2016 Dee took to the screen and back to his horror roots creating Indie horror productions which have been well received, and several nominations internationally. Such productions include Fallacious, Border Patrol and Scars. Projects in development include Fallacious II, Shiver, See the Devil, and collaborations on Sawdust in the Blood and In Pieces. Dee has appeared in reviews, News, (online and print), featured in articles (online and print), and many podcasts. On April 18, 2017 Dee was heard on CBC radio talking bout his newest production, a documentary called Sasquatch on Lake Superior, archiving various accounts from the Lake Superior North region, of the legendary being. Dee appeared on Paranormal Survivor Season 3 (Terrifying Visions) on April 28, 2017 which aired nationally on T&E, Destination America and TruTV. Dee has also continued work on his documentaries in the Northern Ontario area with Sasquatch on Lake Superior II (2018), Northern Lights (A UFO) Documentary (2018) covering UFO/ UAP in the Thunder Bay region, as well as his newest documentary on the legendary Little People of Native Legend called: Maymaygwayshi: Rock Medicine Man (2019) Dee has also created a well received historical documentary on the entire history of Nipigon, Ontario entitled Destination - Nipigon (2019)
