Diego Rabell

He obtained a degree in Film and Television at the Center of Studies in Science of Communication - Campus Pedregal in the period 2009-2013. He has worked on diverse cinematographic projects as a director and editor. The most important ones being "imaGIGANTES" ("imaGIANTS"), which was selected at Cannes Festival 2013, Guanajuato (Mexico) and AluCINE (Canada), the short films "Tiempos de Sangre" ("Blood Times") and "La Misma Bala" ("The same Bullet") , which were at the Official selection for the Eco Film Festival 2013, "Bajo la Misma Piel" ("Under the Same Skin"), and "Erase una Vez Emilia" ("Once upon Emilia"), nominated to best edition at the 48 hour film festival Mexico. He also directed the web series "La princesa que lloraba Sangre" ("The Princess: Tears of Blood). He also directed the series pilot "Criaturas ajenas". In his artistic works you can see a remarkable influence from fantastic cinema and of the scenic management that the director Peter Jackson proposes in his different cinematographic proposals, in the same way as Joss Whedon and Guillermo del Toro, with the absolute conviction that the Mexican artistic proposals have the Quality and originality as those first level ones.
