Genevieve was born and raised in Southern California, acting in plays and singing in choirs throughout her homeschooling years and into high school. She attended The Los Angeles City College Theater Academy, completing a 3 year advanced acting certificate from the intensive training program. She was proud to be a part of the female cast of the college's production of The Unseen Hand, which was selected to perform at The Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival. She was nominated for an Irene Ryan Award for her role of hardened cowboy Sycamore Morphan. She also took technical theater classes at the academy, specializing in stage management. After college Genevieve continued to act but focused as well on a new passion - Script Supervising. She studied with Dawn Gilliam (Star Wars The Force Awakens, Star Trek Into Darkness, The Magnificent Seven), completing her 12 week course The Art of Continuity. On sets she also naturally felt her skills of management and organization draw her to the position of First AD, a job she thrives in. Genevieve now resides in Portland, OR and adores the rain and green of the Pacific Northwest.
