Ohio born, Kwadjo Osei, began filmmaking at the age of 6, attending a performing arts high school for Film/Video. Kwadjo went on to graduate Penn State University with a B.A. in Film/Video, also securing a diploma from New York Film Academy. Some of his credits include work on David & Layla(2005), The Utopians(2011), & Birdman(2014). Kwadjo had involvement with the IFP and Filmmaker Magazine for several years. In 2012 Kwadjo launched Unifilm a Post-Production Service who's aim is to provide affordable and quality film editing to independent filmmakers. Unifilm P.P.S. includes work on such recent indie films as "Molt" directed by Tina Zimmer and the noir "Trick Fifty" produced and directed by Steffanie Clarke and Catherine Sui. Now a resident of the Bronx, Kwadjo's directing career includes music videos for Yung Cannon, Ziggy Marley, such short films as "Esperansa DelaRoca," and the film "Poems Only," written by Freda Frimpong and produced by Gerald Fernando.
