Mark Sposato

As an award-winning graphic designer and art director, Mark's unconventional path to filmmaking affords him a unique voice and a fresh perspective. He was raised by two graphic designers who exposed him to quality art and film at a young age. Growing up, he observed his cousin David Chase create and show-run The Sopranos. A few years later he met his wife Courtney-then a film school student, soon to be an accomplished editor who's collaborated with Beyoncé and Jonathan Demme. When Mark and Courtney realized a shared passion for storytelling could transform into a creative partnership, they decided to become a filmmaking team. They're writing, producing, and directing a variety of projects together, with the help of a great support system of friends, family, and professional collaborators. Mark's motivation is to move others to feel and think deeply about the human condition and our place in the universe.
