Samer Bisharat is a Palestinian actor born in 1996 in the holy city of Nazareth. He played his first role at the age of 12 in Sari Bisharat's award winning short film "Tormus". He was cast in the Oscar nominated film "Omar" by award winning director Hany Abu Assad, later and also in Cannes Director's Fortnight winner "The Aquatic Effect" by Sólveig Anspach and Jean-Luc Gaget . Samer's work also include prestige TV titles like, Hulu's "The Looming Tower" and Channel 4's "The State". Recent features include 'Huda's Salon' (Toronto and Locarno) gain for Abu Assad and 'Let It Be' Morning which was nominated Un Certain Regrard at Cannes 2021
