Devayush Chowdhary

Devayush is an Indian American filmmaker who is closely associated with the new wave of independent cinema coming out of India in recent years. His debut feature 'Adda' [2019] opened to mostly favorable reviews but tepid response at the domestic box office. However, the film soon caught on through word of mouth and managed to carve out a niche for itself in the audiences minds. His father is a Doctor and his mother is an educationist. He is the youngest of four siblings and grew up in Kolkata [India], Danville [Illinois], and New York [New York].
