Alejandro Hernández

Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela and son of two doctors, Hernández's passion for filmmaking began to grow at age 11 after experimenting with his sister's Hi8 camera. Even though he wrote and directed several short films in his adolescence, he gained popularity after producing, writing and hosting The Alejandro Hernández Show, released in 2009 and turning him into a YouTube celebrity in his own country. He attended the University of Zulia, where he studied Audiovisual Arts at the School of Scenic Arts.
