Nigel O'Brien

Born Dublin 1971 The youngest of 3 children, It was here in the late 70's early 80's Nigel fell in love with cinema. His Saturdays spent at the Cartlon, Saovy, Ambassador and other Dublin cinemas watching Star Wars, Indiana Jones and all the latest movies of the time. In 2010 Nigel followed his life long passion and enrolled in Film School. After 2 years Nigel graduated with VETAC level 5 distinctions in TV and Film production and Editing in film. Since college Nigel has directed 4 music videos for LA based Irish band Friends of Emmet and Directed 4 short films. Directed interviews and promos for Galway's international arts festival and The Galway Film fleadh. Interviewing Oscar winners Jim Sheridan and Glen Hansard among many more guests attending the festivals. Nigel's films have been award nominated and screened at The Galway Film Fleadh, The Richard Harris in Limerick and festivals in Europe and the US.
