Mike Schnapp is from New York City. His first acting part, in 2013, at the age of 51, was in the film "6 Bullets To Hell", an independent Spaghetti Western film shot in Almeria Spain in the Mini Hollywood and Fort Bravo Studios. These studios were built by Sergio Leone in the mid 1960s for his genre birthing Spaghetti Westerns. The 2014 released "6 Bullets To Hell" was produced by Silver Sail Entertainment/Chip Baker Films. Schnapp plays The Deputy Johnny Green. He next movie appearance was in the independent western film produced by Chip Baker Films called "The Price Of Death". Schnapp was cast as a crusty character, the barman named Rick Ross. This was shot in 2015 in Almeria Spain at the Mini Hollywood Studios. Schnapp also made an appearance in the very independent rock and roll film "Excretion:The Shocking Story Of The Football Moms", a fictitious rock and roll documentary, cast as an angry music producer/talent agent/manager called DJ Uncle Mike, produced by Depth Charge Productions. Next up is the third in the series of western films produced by Chip Baker Films called "The Bounty Killer" (2018) which was shot again in Almeria Spain, but in the Western Leone Studios that Sergio Leone built for his masterpiece "Once Upon A Time In The West". In "The Bounty Killer" (2018), Schnapp plays the part of Deputy Ted, a "lawless lawman". Mike Schnapp also makes a brief appearance as himself in the music documentary "Murder In The Front Row" released in 2019. Schnapp is also an Associate Producer of the music documentary "Sad Vacation", the story of the last days of Sid Vicious and Nancy Spungen. Mike Schnapp was born in Forrest Hills Queens in 1962. He has lived in New York for all of his life. After college ended in 1984, he worked in the music industry in various capacities, as a tour manager, a merchandise seller and as a promotion, marketing and A&R rep for various record companies and worked with many Hard Rock and Heavy Metal bands including Ozzy Osbourne, Alice Cooper, Pearl Jam, Rage Against The Machine, Motorhead, Fun Lovin' Criminals, Megadeth, Cro-Mags, Sex Pistols, Murphy's Law, The Cycle Sluts From Hell, The Rolling Stones, Metallica and many others. Mike Schnapp also has been a party and live event music DJ going by the name of "DJ Uncle Mike" since 2002 and has traveled the world putting a positive spin on many celebrity events. He has also appeared in various music videos including The Ramones 'Pet Cemetery", Fun Lovin' Criminals "Scooby Snacks", King Of New York" & "Too Hot, The Kid Daytona "Take Aim", Murphy's Law "What Will The Neighbors Think" and Huey and the New Yorkers "Let My People Go" among others. In 1991, Mike Schnapp was a guest VJ on MTV for a segment of the popular show "Headbangers Ball". In 2002 Schnapp also was interviewed in an MTV special that aired on VH-1 regarding the history "Headbangers Ball".
