Alyssa Evers was born in Macungie, Pennsylvania to her mother Fran Jones Evers who owns a dance studio and her father Brian Evers, a middle school teacher. She began performing on stage at 2 years old and knew from an early age she wanted to be a performer. The acting bug bit her in eighth grade when she got the lead role in the middle school comedy show, "Altar Egos." From that point on, Alyssa knew she was destined to be an actor. Attending the local performing arts high school, her passion, mind, and soul expanded as both an artist and a person. She began her professional acting career as well at 16 years old when she booked the lead role in the independent film "Escape to Nowhere." It also marked her first professional audition. At graduation, she was the recipient of the 2008 Outstanding Achievement in Theatre Award. Alyssa continued her studies in NYC with Lane Napper, Rob Sedgwick, Catherine Russell, and graduated with an acting degree from Marymount Manhattan College in 2012. While in NYC, she performed in off- Broadway plays at The American Globe Theatre and The Roy Arias Theatre, as well as independent films, TV shows for MTV, ID, NBCUniversal, HBO, and commercials. Alyssa Evers recently moved to Los Angeles, CA to pursue her film, TV, and writing career.
