The film's singular style grabbed the attention of "Rook Films" who came on board to oversee post production and it was subsequently released online to much acclaim. This led to Matt being selected alongside his brother, Simon, as a Star of Tomorrow 2014 by Screen International. He was then signed by WME in the U.S and Independent in the U.K Following this project Matt spent a few years directing a number of music promos for clients such as Warp Records, both in London and in Seoul. He subsequently co-directed an ambitious Korean language web series entitled "100 Bullets: Dead Ghosts", which was an adaptation of the popular Vertigo comics title 100 Bullets, set in North Korea. He lives in Seoul with his wife where he is in post production on a feature length documentary about North Korean defectors entitled "Cries Came to the Border".
