Steven Shulgach grew up surrounded by artists in his family, and began his career in film through his love for visual effects and animation at age 14. With over 10 years experience in camera work, starting in award winning visuals in student films, Steven's cinematic eye can be seen in narrative work, including features, episodic series, and short films. He and his wife, Gabriela Kostadinova, live in Los Angeles and continuously collaborate to create outstanding and inspirational work together, utilizing their passion of the visual arts to tell moving stories from the heart. Over the last 5 years, Steven has worked in a variety of capacities in the camera department across a broad range of television and feature sets. Steven's best know Director of Photography credits include feature films Revan, A Godly Manner (Dir. Matthew Myslinski), and the recently released First Lady (2020), starring Corbin Bernsen and Nancy Stafford. On every collaboration, with effective creative solutions, Steven reassures the project's vision maintains it's creative integrity throughout production.
