Darren Leung

Darren Leung was born in Canada and raised in the US. Originally educated and employed as an engineer, he also learned Wing Chun Kung Fu from his father, Master Duncan Leung. After working on several projects in China, he eventually brought this specific style to train Tony Leung and other cast and stunt members for Wong Kar-Wai's epic film The Grandmaster (2013), then collaborated again with Yuen Woo Ping in choreographing Ip Man 3 (2015), as well as its direct sequel, Ip Man 4. He is also an accomplished Chinese-to-English translator.
