Sarah Hess was born on August 8th to Charlie & Teresa Hess, née Fryman, at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, California on her mother's birthday. During Hess's early childhood, her family moved between San Diego, San Francisco, & Modesto. Once her father's service was completed in the U.S. Navy, Charlie & Teresa relocated the family to Cincinnati, OH where her parents originated. As she grew up, Hess discovered her dream for performing arts early on, declaring she was going to become an actress and make movies. Her dream for California remained and she vowed to return to live there again. During middle school and high school, Hess began acting in theater productions. Later, Hess attended Miami University for film production & photography, becoming highly proficient working both sides of the camera. It was at Miami that Hess got her first taste of life on set of a large scale production after she got a call from her mother about a background casting call for Disney's Secretariat filming in Louisville, KY. A short time later, The Ides of March came to her very own campus & Hess didn't hesitate to answer the casting call. There was no turning back from this pivotal moment. Hess changed her major to Film Production and began honing her knowledge and creative outlets in order to fuel her dream in the Industry. To date, Hess's talents vastly range between acting, modeling, performing music on vocals/guitar/piano, dance, multimedia art, special effects makeup, production crew, & most importantly, people. Her true passion has continued to burn on, driving her to what is now a promising future in film. Hess continues her quest through challenging roles that tap into the human psyche.
