Katarina Law

Katarina Law (born Sally Law) was born in St. Petersburg, Florida. At the age of six months, her family moved to Elsie, Michigan. She grew up an only child being raised in a very small town. She kept herself entertained most of the time by playing with imaginary friends and putting on shows with her friends from school. They would act out various scenes from movies and television. By the age of ten, she had started taking piano lessons and played clarinet in the school band. By high school, she added percussion to her musical talents. Music and entertaining came naturally to her and she enjoyed the attention that she received. The town was so small that there was no acting classes available to her so she used her high school dance team and band as an outlet for her creativity. She had always told her parents that she wanted to pursue a career in acting. After graduation, she toured Europe with a concert band and discovered that she needed to think outside of the box even more to succeed in life. Fast forward to thirty years later, she packed up herself and her daughter to move to Los Angeles. They went between NYC and LA for a few years before finally deciding that Los Angeles was home. In 2012, she did her first background job out of curiosity and found that her passion for acting had not dwindled. Within six months, she was able to get SAG-Eligible. She has been off and running ever since. Her professionalism and desire to learn has proven to benefit her.
