Layal M. Rajha Lebanese Director Layal M. Rajha is most notable for her two feature films "Habbet Loulou" and "Chi Yom Rah Fell" (One day I'll leave), and her latest short film "Day 6", where her artistic visions are put to use in making a lasting impression on Lebanese cinema. She was born August 16th 1984 in Beirut, Lebanon, as the only child of Miled and Rose Rajha. In 2002 she attended Notre Dame University - Louaize and earned a BA degree in communication Arts Radio/TV and films with a focus on directing and script writing. In 2006 she achieved a Master's degree in Journalism and Public Relations, graduating with distinction. Following her graduation, she directed numerous music videos which were a stepping stone for her true calling: directing feature films. In 2013, Layal released her debut film "Habbet Loulou" which became number one in the Lebanese box office for that year. Following the success of her first feature film, Layal M. Rajha released "Chi Yom Rah Fell" in 2015. In 2018, Layal achieved a second Master's degree in Film directing from the Holy Spirit University (Lebanon), and produced her short film "Day 6". Her future goals are simple: continue to direct quality movies that will touch many hearts not only in Lebanon, but worldwide.
