Faith Kohler, J.D, is a graduate of Marquette University Law School and Wellesley College. A former federal agent who worked extensively in Milwaukee's high crime neighborhoods, Faith also volunteered extensively within Milwaukee's under-served community. Her interest in understanding poverty and researching solutions led to the creation of 30 Seconds Away: Breaking the Cycle, filming the documentary between 2010 and 2015. Faith believes that the practice of tikkun olam, (Hebrew phrase meaning "world repair") is the means to establishing social justice and improving lives and communities overall.
