Actress Daniela Junko, first discovered by a highly respected Brazilian director in her youth, actress Daniela Junko had to wait several years before actually following her dreams of the big screen due to a conservative family and a protective Japanese father who viewed acting as "an irresponsible way of living life." With an IQ of 135 and the ability to speak several languages including Portuguese, Norwegian, English and Japanese, Daniela Junko can easily be compared to cinema sweetheart Natalie Portman, who is also technically a genius and received a degree from Harvard. Despite her father's distaste for the profession, the call of the silver screen that rang out in Ms. Junko's heart was too loud to ignore, something that her fans today are very grateful for. Daniela Junko jumpstarted her career in Asia several years ago and has since gone on to star in several films including Rough Mix, Plastic, Three Kings Down, The Incision, Big Bash and many more. She also stars in the ESPN STAR Sports ad campaign 'Speak you mind' alongside famous pro soccer players Steve McMahon and Shebby Singh for the program Monday Night Verdict. In the film The Incision, written and directed by award winning director Tekin Girgin, Ms. Junko plays the starring role of Jessica, an evil natured and heartless woman who uses her beauty to lure unassuming victims into a world from which they cannot return, and one they cannot remember once they wake up. Junko gives a riveting performance in the film which comes as a shocking display of how money and power can make people do unthinkable things, for example drug, trick and steal people's organs while they're asleep. Junko exposes her more vulnerable side in the film Plastic where she plays the starring role of Joselyn, a broken woman trying to move on and pick up the pieces of her heart and her sanity after escaping an abusive relationship. Daniela Junko is also slated to star in the upcoming feature film Fallen, which takes place during WWII and follows her character, the Dark Angel, as she searches for the meaning of her existence amidst a war-torn world.
