Livia Perneel is a Belgian actress and directress living in Brussels. She was raised in Bruges and moved to the Belgian capital at the age of 18. After she graduated from RITCS as a filmmaker, she accomplished acting studies in French at INSAS. Livia was selected for the Student Academy Awards of the Oscars with her bilingual short film 'FRANKIE15'.
