Charlotte Jane Swarbrick was born to Kate and Jon Swarbrick on 30 January, 1996, the eldest of two sisters. When she was young, she joined a local drama group called 'Impact Juniors'. It was there she started exploring her love for acting, participating in stage performances such as 'The Owl And The Pussy Cat' and 'The Firebird'. In 2008 she joined her local Stagecoach School where she remained until 2010. There she was able to hone her skills not only in acting, but in singing and dancing as well. This proved valuable as, during this time, she also joined a local musical theatre group and, at the age of 12, landed her first big lead role as the Artful Dodger in 'Oliver'. She has since performed a number of times with this company, being involved in productions such as 'Oklahoma', 'The Sound Of Music' where she played Liesl Von Trapp, and, more recently, 'Fiddler On The Roof' in which she portrayed Hodel. After completing her GCSEs, Charlotte went on to study an Extended National Diploma (BTEC Level 3) in Acting at the Birmingham Ormiston Academy, a sister school to the London Brit School. While she was there she had great opportunities to be involved in stage performances including playing the leading roles of Cassandra in 'Women Of Troy' (2013) and Lyra in 'His Dark Materials' (2014), both performed at the Old Repertory Theatre. She graduated from BOA in May 2014 with a Triple Distinction*, the highest grade possible. In September 2013, Charlotte was cast as Anna Thornbush in upcoming children's fantasy film Bogo & Flit. This will be her first film role. Charlotte is studying at East 15 Acting School 2014-2015.
