Perm Paitayawat

Perm Paitayawat is a traveller and food blogger. Originating from Thailand, Perm relocated to United Kingdom to further his studies. His passion for food and cultures has grown significantly thanks to the multicultural ambiance of London. In 2011 Perm created "The Skinny Bib" blog, through which he explores the culture of consumption. The blog has also seen Perm travelling to some of the world's most "hidden" dining spots, earning him many loyal followers on various social media networks. He has published with Wallpaper+ Thailand and FOOL Magazine.
