John Williams is a filmmaker from Stoke-on-Trent in England. Starting off his career making short films such as The White Room and Dark Soul as well as music videos, John soon showed a talent that led him to make his first full length feature, The Mothertown (2014), a zombie comedy based in his home town, all on a shoestring budget of £500 The film garnered positive reviews and John followed this with a short film called Dark (2015). Again he gained more positive reviews and set the wheels in motion to start filming his second feature, a vampire horror/comedy called The Slayers (2015). The Slayers was met with good positive reviews from festivals in 2016. By then Williams had already started a two month shooting schedule for his third feature, Crispy's Curse (2016), a film about a Christian heavy metal band fighting an evil killer clown. The trailer for Crispy's Curse was released in January 2017 to positive fan reaction.
