Albert J. Jennings, most commonly referred to as A.J. Jennings by friends and family, was born and raised in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. He received a B.S. in Finance from Illinois State University in 1997 and has been working in the hedge fund and banking industry since 1997, making a successful career by applying a consultative and analytical approach to relationship management, operations control, finance and control, risk, and financial reporting. His passions have always been music and film. In 2011 he studied acting, focusing on a combination of principles from Stanislavski, Shurtleff, and Improvisation under the instruction of Timothy W. White (writer/actor/producer/director) and Ann Ross (casting director). In 2015, he was accepted into DePaul University's Masters in Cinema Production program, and has worked on a number of independent films as a director, producer, actor, and writer. A.J. continues to leverage his financial and analytical background with the film industry, aligning private equity and banking professionals with filmmakers to structure media deals. A.J. has successfully expanded his professional scope and built a strong network of contemporaries that he continues to connect to one another across multiple industries.
