Horatiu Curutiu

Horatiu Curutiu is an independent film producer and cinematographer committed to delivering uncompromising visions. Horatiu works to encourage the cinema industry in Transylvania through education, international exchange programs, being also a big promoter of the region. Horatiu is member of several film associations, including "European Film Academy" (EFA) and he is the founder and vice-president of "Film in Transylvania" a regional association that has as main goal promotion of Transylvania as an industry ready region, as well as developing regional strategies that cover student education and infrastructure developing for cinema. In 2007, Horatiu also started a production company (Numa Film) which successfully produced short and feature films. Numa Film is an independent film production company that is producing high quality micro-budget and low budget independent films. Among the many titles produced the award-winning project include "Discordia", "The Tower of Pisa" and "Toni & Friends".
