Angelline Chung

Angelline Chung is a Singaporean American actress and musician. She is best known for portraying the role of 'Angelina' in the Channel 8's television series 'Shall We Talk?'. She also appeared on Funny or Die; LIFETIME's romantic comedy Stealing Chanel; award winning web series Fakers; Channel U's Secret Garden and OKTO's Dream School. Chung was born in Singapore to a Singaporean-Chinese father and a mother of Chinese, Indonesian and Guamanian descent. Her parents are both retired professors. Chung was raised in Singapore and was a competitive trumpet player. She competed with her school's symphonic band nationally and won gold medals. From 2008-2011, she attended The Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts majoring in Arts Management and was discovered by her lecturer, whose brother was a director. in 2012, Chung moved to the United States to further her training in acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute and trumpet performance with the late legendary trumpet player Laurie Frink, who was then faculty at New York University's Steinhardt School and Manhattan School of Music.
